In the new drama “Fathers and Daughters,” Russell Crowe plays Jake Davis a literary giant who published a widely-acclaimed novel about his relationship with his own daughter Katie (Kylie Rodgers). Though he loves her very much, Jake is suffering a mental breakdown and thus isn’t equipped to take care of his daughter, so he leaves her in the charge of others. Now, 27 years later, an older Katie (Amanda Seyfried) struggles to connect with others, but with the help of a kind stranger (Aaron Paul), maybe she can learn to love yet again.
