Here's Where You Can Watch Every Palme d'Or Winner

Festival awards ceremonies are a time for celebration. In the case of the Cannes Film Festival, auteurs and performers alike are feted on a uniquely global stage, with honorees adding to the fest’s decades-long history. The award has gone through a few name changes, but the list of films that have claimed Cannes’ top prize is a formidable one.

While some of these titles have been kept at the forefront of film-related conversations ever since, others have become harder to find. Sadly, not every Palme d’Or winner is available for immediate streaming, but we’ve done our best to track down the best places to access some of these bygone winners. A handful of these films are available at multiple venues, but hopefully the list below is a helpful first step on the road to Cannes completism.

(Need a few recommendations to help you get started? We picked our 20 favorite Palme winners here.)
