Wolf Creek” fans are having a g’day, mate.

Pop TV, along with Lionsgate Television and Screentime, is launching a six-episode miniseries based on the 2005 cult classic directed by Greg McLean.

The new series, airing this October, stars John Jarratt as he reprises his movie role as the murderous psychopath Mick Taylor, wreaking havoc in the Australian Outback—except this time, things are different.

The series begins when an American family is vacationing in Northern Australia and becomes the unsuspecting prey of Mick Taylor. Immediately things take a turn for the worse when Eve Thorogood, a 19-year-old American college student, played by rising star Lucy Fry, survives the massacre of her parents and little brother and sets out to hunt down the killer and avenge her family. The six-part chapters follows her tormenting journey as she vows to bring the killer to justice or die in the attempt.
