After a few weeks in select theaters, Sony Pictures Classics finally releases John Krasinski’s latest directorial effort “The Hollers” in theaters nationwide this Friday, September 21. IndieWire is celebrating by giving one reader the chance to win the film’s movie poster signed by Krasinski and co-stars Sharlto Copley and Margo Martindale, who is earning some early Oscar buzz for her powerhouse supporting turn.
“The Hollars” stars Krasinski as John Hollar, a struggling New York City artist who returns to his small middle-American hometown after he receives word of his mother’s illness. Upon his arrival, John is immediately swept up in the problems of his dysfunctional family, his old high school rival, and his over-eager ex-girlfriend, all while he faces impending fatherhood with his current partner and the loss of his dying mother. Anna Kendrick, Charlie Day, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Josh Groban and Randall Park co-star.
