As was the case with both “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight Rises,” a few minutes of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming “Dunkirk” will be shown well in advance of its official release at select IMAX theaters across the country and abroad. Moviegoers seeing “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” this weekend will be treated to the World War II drama’s prologue and, as noted by the fine folks at the Film Stage, IMAX has released a list of locations showing the new footage. Find it below.

The film, Nolan’s follow-up to “Interstellar,” stars Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh, Cillian Murphy and Harry Styles as British soldiers involved in the 1940 Dunkirk evacuation. It was partially shot on IMAX 65mm by Hoyte van Hoytema (who also lensed “Interstellar”), hence the IMAX connection. After this five-minute prologue, the actual film is due in theaters on July 21, 2017.
