Black Mirror” caused a stir last month when a brief teaser trailer revealed the six episode titles for the upcoming fourth season. Netflix is keeping the marketing going for the visionary science-fiction series with the official first look photos from two of the new episodes. “Black Mirror,” which aired its first two seasons on Channel 4 before coming to Netflix, will be returning either later this year or sometime in 2018.

The first photo above is from the episode “USS Callister,” directed by “Sherlock” and “Dr. Who” veteran Toby Haynes. “Fargo” Season 2 stars Jesse Plemons and Cristin Milioti play members of a “Star Trek”-like space fleet who will no doubt experience some kind of brain-rattling adventure. The crew is rounded out by “Westworld” star Jimmi Simpson, Broadway alum and “Ingrid Goes West” actor Billy Magnussen, and “Chewing Gum” breakout Michaela Coel.

The second photo below is from the Jodie Foster-directed episode “Arkangel.” Indie favorite Rosemarie Dewitt (“Rachel Getting Married,” “Your Sister’s Sister”) stars in the lead role in the top-secret episode. The plot is remaining hidden for now, but the photo does show some kind of medical procedure taking place on Dewitt’s character’s daughter. Dewitt looks clearly uncomfortable by the events.

“Black Mirror” Season 4 will also include episodes titles “Crocodile,” “Hang the DJ,” “Metalhead,” and “Black Museum.” Here’s hoping we don’t have to wait too much longer to stream the episodes.
