Diego Luna Faces Backlash From Fans for Agreeing to Work With Woody Allen

In what’s becoming an ever-more frequent occurrence, Diego Luna is facing fan backlash from for agreeing to work with Woody Allen. The “Y tu mamá también” and “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” actor was recently announced as having joined the cast of Woody Allen’s next untitled movie alongside Selena Gomez and Elle Fanning, inspiring mixed feelings among his fans. Dylan Farrow, Allen’s adopted daughter, has accused the filmmaker of molesting her.

Kate Winslet was recently asked about working with the writer/director on “Wonder Wheel,” which is closing this year’s New York Film Festival. “I don’t know anything, really, and whether any of it is true or false,” she said. “Having thought it all through, you put it to one side and just work with the person.”
