Emmanuel Lubezki's stunning cinematography is one of the most striking elements of Terrence Malick's Texas family drama/meaning of life epic "The Tree of Life." In addition to garnering critical acclaim for his work on the film, Lubezki has been nominated for the American Society of Cinematographers Outstanding Cinematography award, and the five-time Oscar nominee is the frontrunner to take home the statuette this year.
