Thanks to the relatively recent popularity of streaming television, shows that have been off the air for years are getting a second chance at success online — services like Netflix has breathed new life into everything from “Gilmore Girls” to “Twin Peaks” by making all episodes available to new generations, even spurring some upcoming reboots.

ABC, who just relaunched their streaming website and app, is taking nostalgia TV to a whole new level by streaming 38 “throwback” ABC shows for free. Whether you’ve been dying to watch teenage Claire Danes swoon over Jared Leto in “My So-Called Life,” or old episodes of “Ellen” are more your speed, the revamped ABC site has something for everyone.

Many of the throwback shows had only had limited streaming availability prior to the ABC relaunch, including shows like “Trophy Wife,” which wasn’t available to stream at all. Others, like “FlashForward” were only available on paid streaming sites. Other nostalgic installments in ABC’s online lineup include “Sports Night,” “Felicity,” “Body of Proof,” “October Road” and many more.
