‘Easy’ Trailer: Joe Swanberg’s Netflix Series Teaches Us the Difference Between a Bar Date and a Coffee Date

We’re just a week away from the premiere of Joe Swanberg’s “Easy,” a Netflix series tackling romance in the age of apps and texting. Whether anyone on the ensemble partakes in Netflix and chill in the series remains to be seen, but a new trailer offers a sense of everything else they get up to.

Swanberg has assembled quite the roster for his second foray into TV (the first being an episode of “Love,” also on Netflix): Orlando Bloom, Malin Åkerman, Michael Chernus, Marc Maron, Kiersey Clemons, Elizabeth Reaser, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jake Johnson, Aya Cash, Dave Franco, Jane Adams, Hannibal Buress and Emily Ratajkowski.

All eight episodes of the anthology series will be available to stream on Netflix starting next Friday, September 23.
