Fans of last year’s culinary deep dive should start getting hungry now. This morning, Netflix announced that it would be “serving three new courses” of creator David Gelb’s “Chef’s Table.” The well-received documentary series, which focuses each episode on an individual world-class chef, will spotlight 16 new chefs on, in Netflix’s words, “their quests for sensory perfection.”

Season 2, which premieres May 27, 2016, continues a global approach to its selection of culinary artists, traveling from Brazil to Slovenia to Thailand. Following that, a four-episode “French Installment” set for later in 2016, will focus on the grand tradition of cuisine francois, followed by a six-episode Season 4 in 2017.
Most notable is that not only will five of the featured “Chef’s Table” chefs be women, but Abigail Fuller (“Do You Dream in Color?”) is joining the team of directors led by Gelb. Check out the full list of chefs to be featured below, as well as first-look photos from the upcoming Season 2, premiering May 27.
