Netflix And The CW Reach New Multi-Year Licensing Deal For Scripted Series

Included in the deal are the three new shows on the CW’s 2016-2017 primetime schedule: “Frequency,” “No Tomorrow” and “Riverdale.”

Your favorite CW series will continue to stream exclusively on Netflix thanks to a new multi-year content licensing deal. The streaming service announced today that it will remain the exclusive U.S. subscription television service for previous seasons of scripted series broadcasted on The CW Network. 

Shows included in the deal include the three new series on the CW’s 2016-2017 primetime schedule: “Frequency,” “No Tomorrow” and “Riverdale,” as well as DC series “Legends of Tomorrow,” “Supergirl,” “The Flash” and “Arrow,” critically acclaimed “Jane the Virgin” and “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” and fan favorites “Supernatural,” “The 100” and “The Vampire Diaries.” Best of all, Netflix members will be able to stream full seasons for each of these programs beginning eight days after each show’s season finale.
