Much like Netflix’s “BoJack Horseman,” the new series, produced by Mark Duplass, will focus on the hedonistic exploits of anthropomorphized animals. But whereas “Bojack Horseman” centered on the adventures of a rich, famous and self-loathing former TV star in superficially glitzy Los Angeles, “Animals” will instead focus on the downtrodden, the undesirable — and in true New York spirit — the ethically equivocal.
Read into the posters below before catching the show on HBO February 5 at 11:30pm.
