First Look: ‘The Flash’s’ Kid Flash in Costume, Revealed
Keiynan Lonsdale has harbored dreams of becoming Kid Flash since joining The CW’s “The Flash” in Season 2.
Lonsdale plays Wally West on the show, and fans of the comic know that Wally eventually becomes Kid Flash. “I definitely had that on my mind, and I would imagine that’s where we’re going to get to go with this character,” he told Nerdist in January. “But I have no idea when that would happen. I think that’s definitely in store, one day. It’s really just a matter of when.”

The time has come. Lonsdale dons the superhero outfit as Kid Flash in the Season 3 premiere episode of “The Flash.” The episode, titled “Flashpoint,” airs Tuesday, October 4 at 8pm ET. Here’s a first look at Lonsdale in constume.
