This 2015 “year-ender” video is a giant, wonderful mashup of all things HBO from this past season, as well as a preview of what’s to come for the network in 2016. Most importantly this means — hold on to your hats, internet — there are exactly three seconds of epic new dragon-riding footage from “Game of Thrones.”
The video showcases the impressive lineup of new and returning shows to look forward to in 2016, including the highly anticipated ‘Vinyl’ from Terence Winter and Martin Scorsese, as well as “Divorce” starring Sarah Jessica Parker and created by “Catastrophe” creator and star Sharon Horgan. Also included are “Westworld,” which has already created controversy over leaked details of the graphic sexual situations extras were asked to participate in, and “High Maintenance,” the former web series continuing its journey from Vimeo original program to premium cable series.
Watch the video above, and take notes on what to look out for in 2016.
