Watch: Zach Galifianakis Clowns Around in New Teasers for Upcoming FX Comedy, 'Baskets'
FX’s newest series by comedy super-team Zach Galifianakis and Louis C.K. stars Galifianakis as wanna-be clown Chip Baskets. In the first clip, Baskets shops around for a nose in a fancy clown nose boutique (snobby French salesman included) while Chopin plays in the background — classy!
At a bus stop Baskets makes an animal balloon for a boy — hint: it looks nothing like a cat. Perhaps Baskets studied art in an abstract school? Lastly, Baskets picks up some spotty dry-cleaning before storming off in contempt. It’s looking like Galifianakis can make clowns likable — unlike the ones found on “American Horror Story” — in these clever little clips that tease the new FX comedy.
FX’s newest series is set to hit TV’s January 21, 2016.
