The 2020 fall television season is going to look very interesting — and perhaps different, time will tell — considering the state of the world. But that’s no reason not to get excited as the major networks strategize their release schedules to appeal to a housebound nation. We’re breaking down all the new fall content from ABC, CBS, The CW, Fox, and NBC as they announce their lineups, letting you know what’s returning, what’s new, and what you shows are getting a final farewell.

The fall slates definitely have a feel of programming in the Age of Coronavirus — there are only a few new shows, and several have premiered on other networks in their respective corporate families before making their debut on their broadcast siblings.
