Hollywood’s biggest names all descended upon London this weekend for the BAFTA Film Awards. Britain’s most prestigious award show is often seen as a mirror to the Oscars, and the results can sometimes be used to predict the winners at next month’s Academy Awards.
“All Quiet on the Western Front” set a BAFTAs record with 14 nominations, while “Everything Everywhere All at Once” and “The Banshees of Inisherin” each scored 10 nominations a piece. “Elvis” and “TÁR” were close behind with nine and five nominations, respectively.
The high profile list of nominees ensured that virtually all of the year’s biggest movie stars would be in attendance, and they all put on their Sunday best for the red carpet. There won’t be this much Hollywood glamour in one room again until the Oscars. Keep reading for our updating selection of the best looks from the red carpet.
