Every major Hollywood guild gets its night in the spotlight in the weeks leading up to the Oscars, and tonight is all about the directors. The Directors Guild of America Awards are taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, where big names like Steven Spielberg and Todd Field are facing off against relative newcomers like Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert for the night’s top prizes.
