OK. Deep breath.
Fall TV is here, which means that whatever confident or tenuous grasp you had had on your ability to keep up with the deluge of new and returning programming is about to vanish into the ether.
What follows here is a massive collection of notable series making their return to the airwaves between Labor Day and Thanksgiving 2018. By our count, there are at least 120 of these shows premiering new seasons, and that’s before any more surprise announcements that are sure to come in the days and weeks and months before the holidays hit.
All that TV has to live up the promise of its volume (or in the case of “Maniac,” the promise of whatever it is that Justin Theroux’s doing in that picture on the left). As we wait to see what this new season of TV has in store, keep this as a handy guide to when each series is planning its return. Organized by dates and times, starting from the first shows to bow after the first three-day weekend in September, we’ll keep adding to it as things continue through the year-end festivities.
(If you’re looking for a Netflix-only list, we’ve got another giant compendium of new shows here.)
