IndieWire hosted its biannual Consider This FYC Brunch on Friday, honoring the above and below the line talent behind some of the films that will shape the 2022-2023 award season. The event featured panels highlighting “Thirteen Lives,” “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” “Louis Armstrong’s Black & Blues,” “Causeway,” “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” and “Bardo (or False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths).”

Artists from in front of and behind the camera were showcased, including directors, producers, editors, composers, production designers, costume designers, sound editors, and actors. The panels, all moderated by IndieWire editors, allowed artists from various departments to have fruitful conversations about the meticulous work and research that goes into creating movie magic.
