FIRST LOOK: Relativity Media’s “Free Birds”

Relativity Media has just released the first images from their upcoming animated film Free Birds. 

Woody Harrelson (Jake) and Owen Wilson (Reggie) star as a pair of feathered friends (above) who travel back in time “to change the course of history – in hopes of getting turkey off the holiday menu for good”.

The film also stars Amy Poehler (as Jenny, pictured below), and the just announced Eddie ‘Piolin’ Sotelo (Ice Age: Continental Drift), Danny Carey (drummer for the world-renowned rock band Tool) and Josh Lawson (The Campaign).  

Free Birds is being directed by Jimmy Hayward through Reel FX, and will be released in 2D and 3D formats on November 1st – just in time for Thanksgiving.
