iPOP | This Week on the Scene: “Bellflower,” “Senna” and More!

iPOP has kept busy this week, running into some huge stars as well as capturing an intimate moment for a group of rising filmmakers.

We hit up the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Annual Luncheon benefit, which brought in $1.5 million for non-profits and scholarships and saw visits from Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Bacon. “Senna” director Asif Kapadia celebrated with FilmBuff and Stony Brook Film Festival’s big winners grinned for the cameras. On an exciting note, the young filmmakers behind the much-buzzed “Bellflower” celebrated their first LA screening this week and iW Editor-in-Chief Dana Harris was there to capture their excitement on her phone.
