In Mike Myers’ directorial debut “Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon” we get a glimpse at the life of a Shep Gordon, the little-known man behind the careers of some of our most beloved celebrities.
Myers first met Gordon over two decades ago while shooting for “Wayne’s World.” Myers had wanted to use an Alice Cooper song for the film and Gordon happened to Cooper’s manager. They’ve been friends ever since.
In the trailer, we get a look at Gordon’s career through interviews of some of his industry friends, including Michael Douglas, Cooper, Myers and Sylvester Stallone. The documentary looks to be a funny and touching tribute to the man behind-the-scenes.
Check out the trailer below for “Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon,” which will be released in theaters on June 6.
