Gal Gadot has just given “Wonder Woman” fans something new to obsess over. The leading lady tweeted a new poster of her upcoming superhero film on Friday morning, all in celebration of Comic-Con 2016.
“A dream come true,” she wrote on the social media site. “Happy to finally share this with you.”
The one-sheet has a fiery background and features a full-length Wonder Woman standing sideways with her sword in hand. The words “power, grace, wisdom and wonder” all appear at the bottom of the image.

Last week Warner Bros. revealed the film’s official synopsis. Trained to be an unconquerable warrior and raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana, princess of the Amazons, leaves her home when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells her about a massive conflict in the the outside world. Hoping that she can stop the threat, she fights alongside men and discovers her full power and her true destiny.
Gadot made her debut as Wonder Woman in Zack Snyder’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” Patty Jenkins is directing the standalone film which also features Chris Pine, Lucy Davis, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Danny Huston and David Thewlis.
“Wonder Woman” will be released in theaters on June 2, 2017.
