Slick Rubin and Maroon 5

Slick Rubin and Maroon 5

Have you seen this? It’s a pretty funny little video starring Jonah Hill as “Slick Rubin” who is hired by pop band Maroon 5, to help craft a new sound. It’s a little old, but if I’m not mistaken, it also didn’t get out there too much. It’s available without embedding on YouTube. The video was co-written/directed by Nicholas Jasenovec, whose debut feature, Paper Heart, premieres at Sundance this week. Take a look, and warning: it’s NSFW. Also, if you wanna hear the song “HJ Train” in its entirety, visit Slick Rubin’s MySpace page.
