For Bond fans in London, the “Bond for a Day: Immersive Tour & Dining Experience” delivers a full day of fun. The all-inclusive experience begins September 24 at 12:00pm, with various dates still available. The experience lasts between six to seven hours, complete with a tour guide educated in espionage, a lesson on counter-surveillance techniques, a shooting range activity using 300 rounds with Bond’s preferred weapons, and lunch at London’s Taj Hotel St James’ Court. Your dining experience wouldn’t be complete without a vodka martini (shaken, not stirred), which is why lunch arrangements come with the option of cocktails and mocktails. You’ll also want to keep in mind that this experience features a significant amount of walking and standing. Tickets start at £269 ($367.43).
The great thing about these one-of-a kind experiences is that they can add lasting memories, as fans prepare for Craig’s last run as Bond. The British actor first took on the role in “Casino Royale,” followed by “Quantum of Solace,” “Skyfall,” “Spectre,” and “No Time to Die,” the latter of which arrives on October 8. In the film, Bond embarks on a quest to rescue a kidnapped scientist, and he’ll also take on the villain Lyutsifer Safin (Rami Malek).
After “No Time to Die” wrapped production in 2019, Craig shared an emotional goodbye with the cast and crew. “A lot of people here worked on five pictures with me, and I know there’s a lot of things said about what I think about these films or all of those, whatever, but I’ve loved every single second of these movies, and especially this one, because I’ve gotten up every morning and I’ve had the chance to work with you guys. And that has been one of the greatest honors of my life.”
