Jason Segel and Harrison Ford will return to the therapy dramedy from the creator of “Ted Lasso.”
“That was a blast doing that with him,” Williams said of her sing-a-long scene with Ford. “Very surreal.”
“I hate what I call ‘talking about the story,'” Ford said. “I’d rather create behavior that is the joke of age rather than talk about it.”
“That’s my actual face,” Ford said of the flashback footage in the upcoming sequel. “I put little dots on my face and I say the words and they make it.”
What makes the iconic movie star’s latest grumpy loner so endearing? Time, talent, and TV — but let’s break that down a bit, shall we?
“Ted Lasso” teammates Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein join Jason Segel for an Apple TV+ sitcom about a therapist who goes rogue.
The series from “Ted Lasso” and “Scrubs” creator Bill Lawrence premieres on Apple TV+ January 27.
Ford stars in the Apple TV+ series written and co-executive produced by “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” star Segel.
“This was the running joke,” co-star James Badge Dale said of filming the Paramount+ prequel series.
“I think that what we’re trying to do is balance both an accurate and realistic appraisal of where this character would be at this time in his life,” Mangold said of the final franchise installment with Harrison Ford.
“I admire it…but this is a different period in time, so it is a very different feel,” Ford tells IndieWire about “Yellowstone” comparisons.
“Which Duttons live or die?” makes for an odd central question in the latest “Yellowstone” addendum, as well as the premiere’s only discernible suspense.
