In advance of her Searchlight Pictures filmmaking debut, the Eras concert tour reflects a storytelling mastermind.
"'Aren't you the girl in the Taylor Swift video?'" a fan asked Dern while on a "Jurassic Park" guided tour in Hawaii.
"When I did direct, I just thought, 'This is actually more fulfilling than I ever could have imagined,'" Swift said of her 2019 video "The Man."
The project is from an original script she has written herself. Details are otherwise scant.
The "All Too Well" director wants to trade places with the Oscar-winning filmmaker.
"It became a nightmare," Swift said. "When I met Eddie, I didn't open my mouth to speak!"
Dern plays Swift's wicked stepmother in a twist on the classic fairytale, written and directed by Swift.
Kravitz is credited with co-writing "Lavender Haze" and "Karma" on Swift's upcoming album, out October 22.
The Grammy winner and "Amsterdam" actress revealed how "Mad Men" and partner Joe Alwyn were behind the song "Lavender Haze."
When Bale and John David Washington struggled with a song, David O. Russell told them to "just shut up for this one and let Taylor do it."
