I could see Netflix buying out AMC, Regal or Cinemark. Much like Disney owns El Capitan, I can see each studio buying one of the historic movie theaters in the LA/Hollywood area. In addition, I can see Universal owning theaters at their CityWalks and Disney owning theaters in their downtown areas. For streamers, this sets them up beautifully for the Oscars, as they can own theaters that will qualify them, while so doing a digital release.
